Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence corporate strategy
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
