This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to anticipate emerging trends and develop actionable roadmaps.
As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive technologies, conduct horizon scanning, and design future-proof solutions. You'll represent our company at global forums and contribute to thought leadership publications.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable projects
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future tech trends and their societal implications
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD in tech, futurism, or strategy)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
