Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision

- Present futures scenarios to executive stakeholders for strategic decision-making

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
