Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology foresight roadmaps for core business units
- Analyze global trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present disruptive innovation opportunities to stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for board of directors
- Mentor junior innovation analysts using horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
