Located in our state-of-the-art San Francisco innovation hub, you'll collaborate with elite researchers, AI ethicists, and C-suite executives to shape the future of technology, sustainability, and human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product/service ecosystems
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into R&D priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging technological paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate future scenarios into development sprints
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or climate adaptation
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 2020+ strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Trend Hunter or Futures Platform
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-proofed commercial implementations
