Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from AI, biotech, climate, and quantum domains to identify high-impact trends through 2028
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive decision-making and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for Fortune 500 partners
- Design and manage foresight methodologies including Delphi panels and causal layered analysis
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating complex trend data into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and causal modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario frameworks
