- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on industry disruption vectors
- Manage innovation pipeline with stage-gate processes for 5-10 year horizons
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at futurism/innovation forums
