Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum AI and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership reports for industry publications
- Maintain trend intelligence database using AI-powered analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
