Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients adopting next-gen innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Author high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
