Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market entry
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine collaboration frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (e.g., quantum-encrypted AI systems)
- Author thought leadership publications and present strategic insights at industry conferences
- Partner with product engineering teams to embed future-readiness into core architectures
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI
- Maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent with 8+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies across industries
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF) preferred
