Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models relevant to 2026
- Develop and publish trend reports, scenario analyses, and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops to embed futurist thinking across product development cycles
- Establish KPIs to track innovation adoption rates and forecast market evolution for key industry verticals
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario modeling)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Experience with emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
