Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership on sustainable tech and human-centric innovation
- Advise C-suite on risk mitigation and opportunity identification in exponential markets
- Build and manage a global network of futurist partners and academic collaborators
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in 2+ emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or equivalent
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainability metrics
