Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and climate resilience
- Author compelling executive briefings on disruptive scenarios and strategic pivots
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight outputs into actionable product roadmaps and investment theses
- Champion ethical innovation principles across all future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum systems, or circular economy
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or technology journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
