Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points

- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption across global markets
- Facilitate C-suite strategy sessions on exponential opportunities and systemic risks
- Establish industry-defining thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into product development priorities and investment thesis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 12+ years experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies ($50M+ impact)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, energy, space)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Published thought leader with 10+ industry publications or patents
- Experience scaling foresight operations across multinational organizations
