Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 global innovation strategy, aligning with ESG and UN SDG frameworks
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruption
- Chair the Future Council, mentoring 20+ junior futurists and PhD researchers
- Secure $50M+ in government grants and venture partnerships for frontier technologies
- Author white papers and keynote speeches at Davos, CES, and Web Summit
- Drive adoption of AI ethics frameworks in 50+ enterprise partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, bioAI, neuromorphic)
- Expertise in systemic risk modeling and black swan event mitigation
- Published author in Nature Futures or similar Tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects (Top Secret/SCI)
- Proficiency in Python, R, and simulation modeling platforms
