Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology and market foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Produce strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging technologies and disruptive forces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for cutting-edge insights
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready capabilities and cultural transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., CFIF) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
