Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic planning for Project 2026, identifying emerging technologies and market inflection points
- Develop and implement future-proof frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including venture capitalists and government agencies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists while fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Nature, MIT Tech Review, and industry forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our quantum-entangled labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or human-AI symbiosis
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of incubating technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred) and quantum computing fundamentals
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing audiences of 1,000+ professionals
