Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon-scanning initiatives identifying emerging trends and disruptors through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable systems)
- Facilitate executive workshops translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author influential thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist network spanning 15+ countries
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience leading high-impact research teams across diverse cultures
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy initiatives
