Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D projects in quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable AI
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Design and facilitate future scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural, geographically distributed innovation teams
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
