- Produce trend briefings and white papers that influence C-suite decisions and policy agendas
- Facilitate executive workshops on future readiness and systemic risk mitigation
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Represent company at global forums like Davos and World Economic Future Summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent futurist role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on enterprise strategy through trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
