Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic outcomes and adaptability
- Represent FutureHorizon at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with strategic planning software and AI-driven analytics tools
