Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products (AI ethics, climate tech, biointegration)
- Present visionary roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients and executive stakeholders
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Publish industry-shaping thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers and junior strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year forecasting track record
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum, synthetic biology, AGI governance frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published author in foresight journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
