- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-augmented analytics
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling methodologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic uncertainty
