Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Horizons Report analyzing emerging technology and societal trends
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for organizations preparing for 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish quantitative forecasting models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing operations and innovation pipelines
- Pioneer proprietary foresight methodologies using AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Forecasting (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML adoption curves and quantum computing implications
- Certification in APF (Association of Professional Futurists) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology disruptions
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation roadmaps
- Proficiency with Python/R for trend analysis and Tableau for data visualization
