Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends and their 2026 implications through predictive modeling
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders and R&D teams
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate resilience
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry publications and policy forums
- Design scenario-planning simulations for board-level decision-making
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout disruptive startups and technologies
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, TED, and future-focused global summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futures research, strategic foresight, or technology innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record translating complex trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in AI ethics, exponential technologies, and climate adaptation
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leader in tech/futures publications (WIRED, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Kumu)
- Portfolio of 2026+ future-vision projects or publications
