Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Design executive workshops facilitating strategic decision-making for 2026 market positioning
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Insights as the future-readiness authority
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and other future-focused institutions
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Advanced proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Gephi)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with C-suite presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier publications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
