You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation workshops, and produce high-impact scenario-planning reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend analysis frameworks for 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Produce scenario-planning reports and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial applications
- Build stakeholder relationships with industry thought leaders and academic partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and coordinate cross-functional foresight initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional futurist or strategic planning experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization proficiency
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Experience working with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
