Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and publish quarterly foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align R&D priorities with 2026 market projections
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for product and service innovation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable product roadmaps and business cases
- Represent the company at top-tier futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented case studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
