Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios for clients across healthcare, AI, and sustainable energy sectors
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives through executive workshops and white papers
- Coordinate with R&D teams to validate future-state hypotheses through prototype development
- Pioneer new foresight methodologies incorporating metaverse and neuro-technology interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in futurist consulting or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight certification program)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
