Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to board members and investors
- Manage a portfolio of 5-8 innovation labs exploring 2026 horizons
- Author white papers published in top-tier journals (MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-concept products
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, futurism, or emerging tech R&D
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent expertise
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of singularity and exponential tech curves
- Track record influencing C-suite strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Public speaking experience at global innovation forums
