Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team
- Author thought leadership publications and industry keynote presentations
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience building and managing high-performance research teams
- Published thought leader in technology or business strategy publications
