Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market trends impacting 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing breakthroughs
- Present executive-level insights through compelling narratives and data visualizations to guide investment decisions
- Establish and cultivate an innovation ecosystem through industry partnerships, academic collaborations, and startup incubation
- Drive organizational transformation by embedding future-readiness principles into product development and operational models
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Policy, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic foresight initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
