Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product strategy with emerging societal shifts
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Mentor junior futurists in forecasting methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ technology commercialization successes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
