Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon scanning data to identify 2026 technology inflection points across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adoption of emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen user experiences
- Author thought leadership reports influencing industry-wide 2026 technology roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital team to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Mentor futurist apprentices in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and industry panels
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy domains
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience leading global teams in decentralized innovation ecosystems
