Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing future-proof strategies for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Monitor emerging trends through proprietary foresight methodologies and competitive intelligence
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embed future-readiness principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
