- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members for strategic alignment
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate foresight research
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the organization at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies that generated measurable ROI
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive audiences across diverse industries
- Published thought leader in future studies or innovation strategy with industry recognition
