Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying emerging trends in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for the executive board on technological disruption vectors
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into 3-year roadmaps
- Establish ethical governance protocols for next-generation autonomous systems
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits as a thought leader on sustainable innovation
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or future-focused product leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing applications, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-vision implementations
