Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for market shifts and regulatory changes
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into 3-year roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of work and digital transformation
- Oversee innovation incubator programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
