Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive trend reports
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize future-focused innovations
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across organization

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and disruptive technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
