Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting industry landscapes
- Architect adaptive roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation aligned with future megatrends
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight techniques and emerging technology assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFIP) or advanced degree in futures studies preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
