- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Design immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder decision-making
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline success against 2026 benchmarks
- Publish thought leadership on paradigm shifts in technology, society, and sustainability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from ACFC or Foresight Practitioner)
