Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems with C-suite stakeholders
- Author whitepapers on future-of-work implications and ethical AI frameworks
- Curate cross-disciplinary innovation labs with MIT, Stanford, and NASA partners
- Translate foresight insights into investor-ready market opportunity assessments
- mentor junior futurists using our proprietary TrendSynthesis™ methodology
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Sciences
- 8+ years in strategic foresight roles with Fortune 500 tech firms
- Published research on exponential technologies (Nature/Science indexed preferred)
- Fluency in forecasting tools (Delphi, S-curve analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/neuro/biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFIA) required
