Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing integration and AI-adjacent systems
- Architect scalable solutions for next-gen infrastructure and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to define 5-year technology roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Drive adoption of emerging standards in decentralized networks and human-computer interfaces
- Mentor teams in future-proof development methodologies and ethical tech implementation
- Present findings to industry panels on technological convergence and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies (2020-2025)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams across hardware, software, and domain sciences
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related future-tech discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough implementations of futuristic concepts
