What You Will Do:
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art foundation models with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the research and implementation of fine-tuning strategies, including RLHF and Constitutional AI.
- Optimize model inference for high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Model Engineering: Design and optimize deep learning pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Innovation: Experiment with cutting-edge architectures such as Transformers, Diffusion models, and GNNs.
- Deployment: Migrate models from research to production using Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI into our core products.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges in large-scale systems.
