We are looking for a visionary Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the development of next-generation artificial intelligence systems for Nexus Future Systems. As we prepare for the technological landscape of 2026, we are building scalable, ethical, and robust AI models that will redefine human-computer interaction.
In this role, you will not just write code; you will define the architecture of the future. You will work with cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal architectures, and ethical AI frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to maximize LLM accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the fine-tuning and evaluation of open-source foundation models (e.g., Llama, Mistral, BERT).
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards in all training data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced AI technical solutions.
- Research and prototype novel generative techniques, including diffusion models and synthetic data generation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), tokenization strategies, and transformer architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong track record of deploying AI models to production with high availability and security.
