Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Fine-tune and optimize foundation models (e.g., Llama, GPT, Claude) for specific domain applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Establish MLOps best practices for continuous training, evaluation, and model monitoring.
- Research and prototype novel architectures for next-generation generative models.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis on deployed AI models.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, tokenization, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
- Experience deploying models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of working with LLMs and implementing RAG architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
