Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and revenue generation
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation programs
- Monitor financial performance, budget compliance, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and corporate partners for operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations
- Lead crisis management and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5 years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership skills with team development expertise
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Amadeus)
- Valid North Carolina Food Protection Manager certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
