Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to exceed revenue targets
- Lead team recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service quality standards
- Manage budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with corporate partners and local tourism boards
- Implement sustainability and operational efficiency programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven P&L management and budgeting expertise
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with luxury or premium segment properties
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Hotel Management degree or equivalent certification
- Omaha market knowledge strongly preferred
