Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and loyalty programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's and ServSafe certifications
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities preferred
