The Grand Orleans Hotel seeks a dynamic Senior Hotel Manager to elevate guest experiences while driving operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage P&L statements, budgeting, and financial performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with sales team to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Implement innovative guest experience programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 7+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in luxury or boutique hotel operations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans tourism market
- Advanced proficiency in Opera, Opera PMS, and revenue management systems
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification
